In my school there's a sixth grader and an eighth grader thats pregnant is that right..........my mom thinks thats just wrong.......I wanna know what you think about that...?

No, I do not think that is right. 6th and 8th grade is VERY young to be having sex. I'd listen to your mom on this one. And IF you do decide you'd like to have sex talk to your mom about it before you do. *I know its embarrassing, but she knows a lot. Just ask her.

There are many reasons for a 6th Grader and an 8th grader to be pregnant. Before condeming them as wrong you need to find out under what circumstances they became pregnant.

Consensual sex is one way. However what I am referring to is they could have been sexually molested by a relative. So don't condem them as wrong until you know the reasons.

If I were to place bets, my money would be that the 6th grader was a case of molestation. The 8th grader is a different story.

If after finding out they got pregnant because they had a boyfriend and were having sex, then yes that is plain wrong. If you find out that they were in some ways molested and you condem them without finding out that information then you are the person who is wrong.

Well at 6th and 8th grade most girls don't understand all the consiquences of sex, and also that having a baby isn't like having a baby doll. It sounds to me like they probably didn't have the education or the knowledge so it is hard to blame them for being pregnant, the boys (hopefully it was boys and not men) that got them pregnant also probably didn't know what they were doing. I don't think it is morally wrong, people want to have fun and experiment and if people aren't told what can happen and what it all means then it is hard to hold them responsable for thier actions. It is a lesson hopefully their classmates learn from all this, having a child is a big decision. I think if they can go to school they should but it is going to be very hard to go to middle school and take care of a child, I hope they make the best decision for their lives and livelyhoods.

That is very wrong, a sixth grader doesn't even know how to take care of themselves yet and neither do 8th graders even if they think they do. Also why is a 6th grader pregnant i wasn't even thinking bout boys that way then, you may want to find out if that little gurl was molested.

I don't think it's "wrong" in the sense of a sin. I feel bad for them. They either never got properly educated or they are very immature. Having sex isn't wrong it's natural. 200 years ago you would have been married off by 13 and had a kid by about 14-16. Modern culture tries to discourage it so you can have more of a life which I think is a very good idea.

But don't look down on them. Lots of kids that age are either having sex or wish they were, your schoolmates just weren't safe about it.

Well your mom is right that it is wrong to be a child in school having a baby. These kids are not adults, they are kids having kids and it is wrong. They have no job, no education because they are not finished with school, they have nothing for themselves or the children they are bringing into this world.

You kids these days are such in a rush to grow up for nothing.

Go to school get an education, go to college and do something positive in life.

Is it wrong ? Who are we to really judge that. In my opinion yes it is wrong for children to have children. But with the television media, magazines, etc. that just throw any sexual gesture and information out there, how can we really keep this information from our children. Naturally when a child learns this kind of information thier curious minds want to experiment which results in many young teens becoming pregnant unplanned. It is just wrong. I started having sex at 13 which put me at the end of 8th grade. Even still its too young. I didn't look 13, more like 19 and my mother let me date, at that point she should have educated me on birth control instead of assuming that I wouldn't have sex, even after she found out; she still thought it was my responsibility to get my own birth control. Hmmm...was she trying to discourage me? Well it didn't work and I still had sex, lucky for her I didn't get pregnant. Common sense and responsibility are no match for hormones at that age.
My partner and I have decided that we will personally be very open about sex and protection with our child on top of the education they get in school. No amount of education kids get in schools will do any good if the child doesn't have good support in the home.

I think it is very sad. Those girls will always regret making the mistake of having sex when it isn't even special. I would say that they are looking for love in the wrong places. Furthermore, those poor babies that cannot be raised by kids who are still kids themselves.

Enjoy your young days without the pressures of sex. Honestly, it isn't worth ruining your life over and you will never be able to get back to just being young.

Having a baby is a special time that if you aren't in a marriage situation you won't be able to enjoy the way God planned for it to be enjoyed.

They arent even old enough to have a job!
