It doesn't make sense does it, when there is really cheap toilet paper you have to use a lot more of it don't you, thus they are actually using more money when they think that they are using less, it is not a smart business decision.

simple because they are CHEAP and it saves money when you buy cheaper toilet paper.

They try to save money and get more money from other people. They jip you badly... it depends what restaurant, some are good! LOL... I wouldn't know.

It's probaly because they think maybe that that's not very important! And they have to put their minds on the food not ya butt!

to save money and if they have a septic system and not on public sewer cheaper is better for the system
