I'm feeling a bit lazy

Run, dude.

If you skip today, it makes it that much easier to skip tomorrow. Monday workouts are always the hardest, but you've got to get through them somehow.

You know you'll feel better if you do...but maybe only do half of what you normally run if your feeling lazy.

Go for it, some of my best runs came on those days I least felt like lacing em up.

try walking. go around the block, find a park, or a river-walk, just some where you can walk. walking is another form of exercise. it helps me a lot. i feel a whole lot better after doing so.
