There might be a hotline you can call. Next time you go to KFC ask for the manager... maybe there is a 12-step for you to start... But, the good thing is that the first step to beating addiction is admitting you have a problem. Way to go.

ok, if you are addicted to the point that it is harmful then you should start changing your behavior.
1) Find a friend that can give you support.
2) Slowly reduce your intake.
3) Set a realistic and healthy goal for the highest amount you would want to eat per day or per week.
