I think youre referring to
http://www.meebo.com/

It lets you use messengers from all sorts of chat servers without having to download it.

If you want yahoo messenger without downloading, then go to http://messenger.yahoo.com and scroll to the bottom where it says WEB MESSENGER and you can just use the browser yahoo messenger.

You can use this link http://www14.meebo.com and log in with any of the four major ones listed there. Or you can go to http://webmessenger.msn.com/ if you have msn. I will check my bros aol link to see what he uses. Hope that helps....actually i know that will help.
