last night my cell phone was fine, and today i have 0.0 min, i had 311.5 min on it.. and the call log and everything says none so i dont know what happen to it, and i already contacted the net10 and they havent email me back yet.. but i just want to know whyyy it did that and how i can get them back!

I used to have tracfone (terrible). If I didn't get a card and renew it on time the minutes would be lost.
For those of you who have tracfone...a warning...
I used to use their products, never again because of this...
I bought a 200 min card. I'm not a heavy cell phone user. Two weeks after I bought the card they "canceled" my minutes. I had only used 50 min of the card. I called them repeatedly and they refused to re-establish my minutes or refund the unused portion of the card.

maybe the minutes expired.
maybe yesterday was the last day you had to use them, and since you didn't renew them they expired. i have the prepaid company tracfone and if i don't buy more minutes before the expiration date they expire.
you'll probably just have to buy more now and possibly have to reactivate your phone.

y dont u call the company u got your phone from and ask them. they should have your call history available 2 look @.
