No. Lincoln had four legitimate children (sons) with his wife, Mary Todd. Lincoln was shy in regard to women (broke off the engagement to Mary once). Also, if Lincoln did have any illegitimate children you bet they would have appeared after his death, when his popularity soared and Lincoln was no longer around to defend himself against accusations.
