I posted this question yesterday: "Why the **** (did not use cuss word) did I get reported"? and I said that I thought it was silly and ridiculous 2 report someone 4 a silly question. And said I got reported for asking "Why is my avatar so special"? and thought that was unfair. But I said in the additional details that I was sorry that I used the word (that was starred) and that I only did use it 2 express of how mad I was 4 someone reporting me 4 that other question. Don't you use 1 word when you're really mad? I understand that some people are just a--holes and do it 2 be mean. I don't think my question was offensive at all. I was just speaking my mind. And I feel like whoever reported me did it cause they felt like it and wanted to be mean. Why do some people waste reporting someone 4 a silly rule or no rule at all when they could be reporting someone for really bad offensive posts, impersonation or threats? But was I wrong 2 use that 1 word (even though it was starred) in my post?

I also think Yahoo needs to abolish the silly rules and just focus on the very serious rules like impersonation, really bad offensive posts or posts that contain threats. Just my opinion. Btw, I really did use the actual stars when I posted this question. I didn't cuss at all. I used the actual stars to show you what the question looked like when I posted it yesterday with the word in it.

You weren't wrong, I was reported because I asked guys what size breasts they liked best on a woman. Some dumb b reported me saying i posted obscene and vulgar content.
I have seen so much worse on here and I actually had people read my question and found nothing wrong with it. I stumbled across yours the other day and i don't think you did anything wrong. There are people in here that actually spell out the bad words and they get away with it.
The person that turned you in didn't happen to be someone named Mandy was it? Anyway, people are just mean cause they can be. Don't sweat it. It made me mad too.

I haven't reported anyone for posting a silly or stupid question.

I would really prefer they not be posted as they annoy me no end, waste my time as well as screen space. If someone reports you for a legitimate reason i.e. something included in the Community Guidelines that's just too bad for you. You should know what is in that document and if you don't that doesn't constitute an excuse.

Now I have a question for you. I have read several things you have written, all the ---'s and ***'s etc. My question is to you, do eat and talk with the same mouth? I can't imagine continuing a conversation with you for more than a few minutes. Your use of colorful language does not impress me, I am retired from the US Military and can assure you are no match for me. It took a while but I managed to learn how to talk. U can 2 (another very annoying habit)

I guess the bottom line is, learn to write, learn to speak, get a vocabulary without a lot of color and learn to act like an adult before you ask me for a job.

Take an aeronautical intercourse at a motivating pastry.

I didn't even know you could get reported for using the stars.Yesterday they had a guy show his penis as his avatar. Some were offended but i bet he didn't get reported.I think the sicko's are the ones who should get reported like the one we had in here asking where to find kiddie porn of underage boys. That's just sick and do be upset or take it personal. Some people are really helpful and nice here. Some are mean and the offensive post are the ones people should question to report.

I think the violation reasons are really vague. They don't give examples...like one is if you insult another member. Well, if I disagree with someone, they could report me as being insulting. I may not have actually been insulting...just in disagreement. I just wonder if Yahoo actually looks at teh violations before sending out the email.

I feel your pain. One of my questions got removed cause I was actually trying to sell something. I personally don't see anything wrong with that. But that's life. We'll 'pull through these hard times'.
