Your lack of appetite could be due to low blood sugar. Today, eat some salmon or tuna, some low glycemic fruit or veges and "good" fat, like olive oil. This will help balance your blood sugar, and may keep your appetite appropriate for your needs. Do some mild exercises, for about 15 minutes, about 1 hour after eating, and before going to bed.

If you eat greasy, heavy food, you may get nauseous and/or throw up. Eat something light like toast or a clear soup to start. If your stomach tolerates that well, you can move on to more substantial fare.

eat slowly because your stomach hasn't felt food in awhile and it has most likely shrunk a little so you will get fuller faster. eat healthy food when you do put some in there so that you can absorb nutrients

your body would be relieved that you actually gave it nutrients. nothing special would happen, just make sure it's not too big of a meal or else the most you'd get is a stomach ache.
