It depends. Do you have to listen to their music because then it would be ok to listen to rap without heaphones every now and then. If you dont have to listen to their music and they respect your space then respect theirs by getting a personal cd player with headphones or something.

Comprimise.
Think how you would feel if they played Opera all the time. Talk to them. Work out a schedule. Wear headphones...
But don't force your music on them.
