Nah, it's never worth it.

My sister-in-law found a guy to beat us to the alter, married in a church to get more inheritence, and didn't even ask her only brother to be a groomsman. He wasn't even able to be a BACK-UP groomsman. She even required him to wear a tux, even though he is out of a job and couldn't afford one.

She was going to be our MOH. Is she still? Yup. We rearranged our bridal party, but she's still in there and high on the list.

Here's the thing--revenge isn't worth it. It really isn't. It's best to move on. Life is too short for revenge.

On the one hand revenge is a way to show the offender that you can fight back and you will never be a loser.
On the other hand, as people have said, it says you are being emotional, shows how much they have succeeded in hurting you, and is against most if not all religions.
Whether you should revenge or not ultimately depends on the analysis of the above pros and cons in application to your situation. Sometimes when people have hurt me on purpose, I just have to fight back. After all, what do they think I am, some kinda loser? But if they didnt do it on purpose, I forgive them, otherwise anger may haunt for a long long time, I just have to let it out really!

No, no point to it and someone always gets hurt and not usually the one the revenge is aimed at, its bad karma too and like they say what goes around comes around and god sure don't pay back in coins, best thing to do for revenge is stand back and wait, cause hurt and hate always comes back ten fold and not always in the way those spiteful people expect it to.

revenge only jumps back at you it might make you feel good for a while but it wont last,if someone has hurt you life has a way of teaching them a lesson, you reap what you sow so to speak.have pride in yourself to know that no matter what you wont stoop so low as to be on the same level as the one who hurt you.

No, when someone hurts me badly I leave them to God because revenge is an emotional response. When you're emotional it tells the person that they have power and control over you.

Oh yeah, sweet revenge. I think if someone treats u bad, they deserve to b taught a lesson so they don't do it to others. It's always best to give them back their own medicine.

No. Why give someone the satisfaction of letting them know they got to you or stoop to their level?

Besides, it's much more fun to watch how worried they get when you're incredibly sweet to them when they know they don't deserve it and are wondering what you're going to do!

I do because they get what they deserve. I had a man tell me that he was sleeping with 4 other girls, coming home and sleeping with me and telling me he loves me. I fucked his job up, his car, and he will never have another girlfriend again unless she lives out of his town.
