Okay, so here is the low down.... First off, the last 5 months the length of my periods have been: 30 days (longest cycle ever), 27 days, 27 days, 25 days, and 27 days (July). My last period started on July 9th. On July 25th, hubby and I had an accident (the condom came half way off - Sorry TMI). Now I was assuming I would start last Saturday (Aug 5th) because that would be 27 days and that's been mostly what my cycle has been being, but today is day 29 and I haven't started yet.

Do you think I could be pregnant? Should I test in the morning or is it too early to tell? I'm not worried at all. I already have a wonderful daughter who is almost 2. I was just wondering where my period is and thought I'd ask everyone's opinion. Only mature ladies please. If you have something ugly to say, just keep it to yourself and don't answer.

Thanks so much guys!

Heather

It is possible, especially if you have other symptoms (tender breasts perhaps). I htink most tests these days can be used right around the time of first missed period .... if you reallly want to know, use the test. If it's negative, and your period still doesn't come, then do another in a week or ten days.

Ditto to what has already been said. Also, the stress of not knowing could be causing the delay of your period. And by that I do not mean that you do not wish to be pregnant, just that the not knowing either way is wht may be causing stress.

It is not too early to test. You can buy home pregnancy kits designed for an early result.

I hope it works out the way you want.

I've never been pregnant, so I don't know about that part, but I can say that my periods aren't regular to the day, so you might be able to give it a couple days before testing. You could also try having sex again. Sometimes, I start the day after. (Don't know why, I just do.) (Sorry--TMI, I guess.) Hope that helps.

Thankfully, we live in the year 2006.

Buy a pregnancy test. Read instructions. Use it.

There is no way people on the Internet can know if you are pregnant or not. I'm not saying it to be rude, I'm saying it to point out that your question is pretty ridiculous. You say you want mature answers but your question itself is immature.

More than likely yes, you are pregant. I think this because if you are so regular, there is no reason for the sudden irregularity other than pregancy.
