Band consists of one white guy? and one black guy.
Song is heavily Ska influenced /dance style
Date was late 90's early 2000's?
Video was mainly of a Pitbull running through London. Towards the end it showed the band members in the dogs head essientially driving it.
Any ideas on the song title and bands name?
I could hum you the chorus, but thats not really going to help!

I see a problem here. Supposing Camshy eventually comes up with the answer, then how is he going to post it? He could of course send the answer to you by e-mail, but then the rest of us will never find out. You could have us all racking our brains with the tune in our heads and the names on the tips of our tongues, and possibly forever. One day later: Nope. The names have gone completely. Sorry, I can't help you. I can give the names of some very nice cello and violin concertos if you think that would take your mind off it.
