Trust me it can happen! I was six months when I found out I was pregnant with my first. I trully believe pregnancy is connected in some way to our brains. If we think we know we are pregnant or want to be pregnant, the symptoms pop up left and right. When I did eventually find out I was pregnant,my belly grew almost instantly. Her story is very believable.Mind over body!!!!

A lady I worked with had the same thing. She didn't find out until she was 7 months pregnant. She had her periods every month, and she felt fine, until one day, she passed out coming out of a grocery store (middle of summer and really hot out!), and she thought she might be pregnant. She got a test and it was positive. When she had the ultrasound, they told her she was already 7 months. She couldn't believe it, because she didn't show or anything. She was really tiny though (4'11" and 90 lbs), and even with her second child, she didn't show much. Also, my mom's best friend didn't know until she was 6 months. She thought that, since she got sick after being out in the sun, that she might have been pregnant, and the same thing happened with her, except she was a bigger girl (probably 200 lbs) and you couldn't tell she was showing. So this does happen, a lot more than people talk about I guess.

I have never heard any first-hand stories about that, only lots of rumors. It seems nearly impossible. If you had felt no fetal movement up until the 8th month, it seems like there would have to be something wrong and the baby would not survive. Then again, I have never been to China, but that doesn't mean it isn't there, so who knows? Maybe it is true.

This does not sounds like a real life story. It is impossible to have a period on a monthly basis when you're pregnant. Plus, the doctor that she's been seeing should have his license taken away. He does not know what he's talking about. Unless this lady is gaining a lot of weight, she should of noticed her increasing belly size.

yes this can happen. It happened to my aunt, she didnt find out she was pregnent untill she actually gave birth. It is not a load if **** atall, she had full periods every month and the baby was hiding behing her ribs so she did not get a bump, also she had no cravings and also felt no movements. Therfore not crap!

I've heard of this, like in magazines and on t.v. I have never had a friend or even a friend of a friend that this happened to. I think it would be really hard to be that far along and not know you were pregnant...how out of touch with your own body would you have to be?

I've heard of this, and frankly I think those people are completely full of sh!t. There is NO way you could not know you're pregnant! Even IF you spotted every month, you would KNOW there's something going on... You'd just KNOW. Especially if you've already had a kid. No way.... total crap.

I had a friend not know and bleed until 5 months, but she was on the pill. Once she went off the pill, periods stopped.
