This boy named Daniel... he was a cute & shy boy I liked... We started going out around Valentine's Day. He gave me two kissing teddy bears & a card that said 'I Love You'. I gave him a Valentine's Day M&M bag. Kinda sucked, but he called me one day & we started talking. I said I loved him. He said the same. Then, the next week, he hugged me & smiled at me all the time. He started not to call & I asked why. He said he was on punishment, but was about to get off of it... then a week later, I caleld him on Sat. & Sun. (the days he said he could talk to me with his busy week), but he didn't call back. Then, during the school week, he said nothing. I stuffed a letter in his locker, but he didn't reply that whole week or give me eye contact. He was always around my friend (a girl) & I got curious. I caleld her that week & aske her why they were always with each other. She said they were best friends. I took it well.

I called his house on Saturday & Sunday again, but he didn't call back..

I feel guilty because his other best friend Anthony (I knew since 5th gr.) told me I should talk to him & that he thought it wouldn't really work out well. But, Daniel didn't answer the phone.

I dumped him on about Wednesday of the next week... well actually his best friend & my friend Leandra told him I really didn't wanna be with him over the phone because I talked to her about what he was saying about me a couple days before. So Wednesday, he asked me did I not want to be with him anymore. I said 'No', just to make a long story short. He said that I didn't have to dump him... What ya think that meant?

It sounds like you are on your way to a stalking session. I would let it go and chalk it up to men who can't communicate.

It isnt really clear what was going on. I think you need to talk to him face to face so he cant ignore your calls. Its seems like there was a reason why he suddenly stopped doing things with you. Its really strange. If you think there is something going on between your girlfriend and him just pull her aside and tell her to be completely honest with you, that it wont hurt your feelings if something IS going on. The whole thing is kinda weird, just talk to him and see how it goes.

i think you did the right thing by dumping him cause if he wasn't talking to you and he was hanging around your best friend then thats means he was most likely to be interested in your best friend and not you. so don't feel bad you most defintely did the right thing.

yes dump him. he wasn't satisfying ur needs. that's it. u were committed, u were waiting for him u were trying. he wasn't. that's it! don't let it hurt you.. just move on, find someone who will treat u right. maybe he's not a bad person, but he's definitely a bad boyfriend!
