Hands down, the northern hemisphere. It has a large majority of the land mass and the countries (China, India, the US) with the largest human populations Almost half of the world's population, alone.

Plus there is more land mass north of the equator.

Sorry, I don´t know any percentages. But in the North are big populations like China, India, USA. In the South is a lot of water and ice. Indonesia is mainly southern and Brasil of course. But I don´t think they make it.
