I was in Pennsylvania many years ago and I loved it. I enjoyed the Pa. Dutch culture, colorful decorations on barns, how clean it was. The food was great. I loved all the tunnels. We visited Eisenhower's farm and the site of the Civil War battle at Gettysburg....I thought it was a very beautiful state.

I live in PA too. Been all over the state. Only thing I really don't like is how the weather can be crazy. High in the 60s one day, then high in the 30s the next! Have a friend from Cali (L.A.) and before coming here he thought he'd hate it. He actually liked it and said there were lots of good things but he definitely preferred the fast pace of L.A.

I've been to PA. It takes forever to drive through- or at least if you're going from Ohio to NYC non stop (on a tour bus with 50 people too, but that's what makes it entertaining!)). Other than that I like it. I liked King of Prussia mall (over by Philly), that's pretty cool (It's the 2nd largest mall in the country for those that don't know)

I love the countryside and the mountains. I imagine that this is what the mountains of Italy look like and that is why so many Italian immigrated to here. My ex lives here and I help transport the kids.
I have been to Sunbury Selinsgrove area, and I have been to Lehighton area and I drove home from Lehighton through the state skirting Harrisburg and Pittsburgh. I thought it was beautiful.

Yes, but all I remember is getting off the Interstate for gas and it cost a lot-this was way back in 1988. Sorry I don't remember much else except the sign for Hershey, PA.

I have travelled through PA a few times.
I found it ... ho hum, and in places far too dirty and polluted.
Maybe I just wasn't in the right places.
Of course, I was also comparing it to the fresh air and unrivaled beauty of the Pacific Northwest (Oregon, Wash, B.C.)

It depends what part of PA. I grew up in Pittsburgh and it was awesome. Philly is awesome too. However, there some places inbetween that kinda suck.

I never don't be in Pennsylvania, but I like to dream about her.

Years ago, I used to date someone in Reading. I thought it was okay. Philly is fun ...

But all things being equal, if I am going to have to be that cold, I'd rather be in NY.

I don't do snow and ice. :)
