How do they make you itch and stuff... Im curious

That depens what kind of bug you are talking about.

Moquitoes inject a bit of anti-clotting fluid in your vein before drinking blood (so the bloot will not clot inside their stinger). Most people are mildly allergic to the stuff, so it will itch, like poison ivy.

Then there are bugs with a venomous bite, meant to kill prey or an attacker. Spiders are among those. Then you have scorpions, but this is not a bite, this is a stinger on the tail.

Bug bites puncture your skin and you pain. Then the bites deliver small amount of toxin that can be fatal in some cases. Most of the time our body can fight off the toxin and this process actually makes you itch and swellen.

Their venom is considered a toxin to us, and so our bodies mount an immune response to combat the foreign invaders. In doing so, we release histamine which opens up the blood vessels and calls upon the white blood cells to come and help engulf the foreign particles (the venom). This opening of the blood vessels causes the swelling, and the swelling causes itching.
