Not that I have noticed. If your female guinea pig is peeing more than normal, she could have kidney failure. That's what one of my guinea pigs has. She drinks lots and lots and then pees lots and lots.

I don't think so. In fact, guinea pig girls are often smaller than boys, so they usually pee and poo a little less - because they eat and drink less.
