Simple... It's because of Terrell Owens. Everybody will tune in to see T.O. because he's controversial and that's what sells. He'll generate more ratings because everybody will watch the Cowboys this year just to watch his every move. He's the biggest story of the year, and he wont be able to do some much as even sneeze without it making national headlines.
