Contact churches/places of worship in your area and ask if you can place an index card on their bulliten board.
You can also contact a local realtor, and for a small fee, usually a percentage, they can help you find the right person to rent your house.
Lastly, make sure you check references and use your instincts when meeting prospective tenants. Have them fill out an application and check them out.

I am not sure about where you are at but In Arizona and some other areas Real estate offices will do the renting our and all that for you I would say check with your local real estate agency to see if the do this in your area
