Visit local law offices, hospitals and corporations and see if you can advertise your place in their employee break rooms. Your flyer should read "Live Close to Work". You could also have a friend put it on the MLS.

Depending on what town you are in, there may be a better alternative newspaper. Like a county paper. Also you can advertise online and you can put 3x5 cards in laundry mats near your subject property. Many times a good way to find a great tenant for your property is to inform neighbors of your upcoming rental. If you really want to increase the chances for a good tenant, try pairing up with the someone who delivers door to door like the newspaper carrier, pizza delivery guy, etc. Who is coming by door to door? Give them a flyer detailing your rental. This is very good and effective advertising. Finally, you want to contact the local employers human resource department and let them know of your rental.
I hope I have helped you.
Good Luck

in case you ever took precalculus or another math classification which covers homes of purposes, you the best thank you to make certain the area of the functionality. between the purple flags to look out for is once you divide by ability of 0. on your expression, while x = 3, the denominator is 0. for this reason, the area is each and every selection beside 3. regrettably, the selection you attempt to plug in (x = 3) is the only selection that doesn't artwork in this functionality. to make certain this usual hand, you0 can graph this functionality on a TI-eighty 3. in case you zoom in close to the graph at x = 3, you will see that there is a clean spot there! this is because of fact, as pronounced above, there in basic terms isn't a fee of the expression at x = 3. you could say, nicely it appears that evidently like the respond could desire to be 6, staring on the graph. this thought of what the respond "could desire to be" is what limits are all approximately. The values of the functionality on the left and precise of x = 3 all bypass in the direction of 6 as you capture up with and nearer. So we are saying the decrease as x is going to 3 is 6. So even inspite of the incontrovertible fact that it is not technically the respond, 6 is your terrific determination. 0 isn't astounding in any experience. the very terrific answer is to declare that the expression is undefined at x = 3. This subject illustrates why 0/0 is named indeterminate. in this subject, 0/0 in a fashion equals 6. the thought 0/0 can equivalent something is definitely the essence of calculus.

Post something in a local business review. My city has a magazine that features only local business people and places. That would be one place to start. You can also contact a Realtor, some specialize in rental property. You can also try to find a good property management company to do the hunting for you. They will also collect rent, make property inspections, and be the go-between when you need to deliver bad news to your tenants.

Anyone can find a tenant...you need a GOOD tenant.
Contact churches/places of worship in your area and ask if you can place an index card on their bulliten board.
You can also contact a local realtor, and for a small fee, usually a percentage, they can help you find the right person to rent your house.
Lastly, make sure you check references and use your instincts when meeting prospective tenants. Have them fill out an application and check them out.
Good Luck
