Fan belt slack, or u need new alternator, get it checked at electrical garage specialist. I would get it checked before I drive it any more.

If its the red ignition light then the car is not charging its battery properly. You will soon get a flat battery.

If its the orange engine check light, then there is probably something wrong with the engine electronics or the emissions control system.
Its probably just a sensor, but keeping running it with the problem may cause damage to the catalytic converter, leading to the expense of replacing the converter. Also, the car may be using more fuel than normal because of the fault. Take it to somewhere with the correct electronic diagnostic equipment to find out what the fault is, and get it fixed a.s.a.p. - before it costs you more.

your battery isnt charging so its a slack fan belt or the alternator is gone. it will be fine till the battery runs out. as soon as the weather gets a bit colder it wont start in the morning its like leaving a light on.
