I usually clean up, say I love you and then we cuddle and go to sleep.

It depends on the intensity of the session. If I'm not too tired, I'll have a cold beer and then go to bed. If I'm exhausted, I'll just go to sleep. Once I forgot to set the alarm for the following morning and I was really late into work!!

Almost always after the encounter I go wash up or should I say freshen up, then I go lay back in bed and snuggle up with my man. Sometimes we fall asleep but also sometimes we can't resist by being next to each other we go for round two!!!!!!!!!

Usually he will wipe me off and i'll try to get another round, but if not i usually lay on him and we fall asleep together looking at a movie or just plain tv

Both of us wash, cuddle and go to sound sleep. However, sometimes (about 50% occasions) I wake up late night to have one more go and then again wash cuddle and go to a sounder sleep.
