Can you still walk if you tear your ACL?

Yeah, if its really bad then they might put you in a wheelchair for awhile, if you need it. I've seen people have to walk with canes, but it heals slowly but surely, you can definetly walk.

You can eventually after having it operated on. If this has happend to you I'm sympathetic... I've had the injury myself.
