Tools ---> Internet Options ---> Advanced Tab ---> Allow ActiveX

Also reducing ur security will help (security level on IE options)

The question is not very clear but I assume you mean how you allow scripting and ActiveX controls on an internet browser.
The answer will be different for different browsers. For example, on the Microsoft Internet Explorer, you would click on 'Tools' > 'Internet Options' and then go to the 'Security' tab. In the top row, click on 'Internet'. Below click on 'Default level' button and the move the slider to the 'Medium' position. This will take care of your requirements generally.
If you want to play around with individual settings, then click on 'Custom Level' and make changes on each choice.

There's an option in the advanced tab of the internet options, it's like Ragu, it's in there. And when you fix it up, you'll have to restart your computer to make it change. You have to use Internet Explorer for Active X not Firefox or Opera or other browsers unless they give you an addon to run it.
