What do you think of the new condo development they're building nearby?

Same old thing. What are they thinking? There's too many already and most are unsold as it is. I guess there betting on an increase demand, so gitterdun before da rush.

If they built a condo development here, it would probably house the entire town!

they are building one accross the street from me now in Australia, I don't mind it
