This really is a tough question as there is no easy answer - you have to do trial and error with creams of various nature. I would suggest visiting your doctors for a possible diagnosis. I use Daktacort which is a ant-fungal combined with a mild steroid used for eczema. Rose oil is quite good and so is cocoa butter cream. You should also get a good base cream that you can use everyday such as aqueous cream and maybe E45. Problem is not everything works so you have to be prepared to experiment.

But see you Dr first!

Try any face cream or moisturizer from Arbonne. They are botanically based and safe for you to use. If you have extremely dry skin, I would recommend the Intelligence Rejuvenating Cream. It's a lightweight moisturizer that is not greasy. I love using this even on my hands when they get extremely dry.

Aloette skin care has products that are great for normalizing skin, but if nothing else, don't use soap for one thing, as it takes 38 rinses to rinse soap from your skin. Exfoliating will help as normally dry skin is a sign of dead skin cells, toning, & most importantly moisturizing.
