That depends on what you mean by "cheap." If you want one with 0% interest and no annual fee, here are a few choices:

Chase Platinum:
-0% Interest for up to 12 months on all purchases and balance transfers.
-The length of your introductory period will be either 12 months for purchases and balance transfers or 3 months for balance transfers, depending on review of your application and credit history.
-The time period for the introductory APR and the balances to which it will apply will be based on our review of your application and credit history.
- No Annual Fee

Discover® Platinum Card
- 0% Intro APR* for Purchases and Balance Transfers for 12 months
Full 5% Cashback Bonus® on Get More Program purchases throughout the year

These are only a few, and typically you will need to have a good or better credit rating to get these offers.

Keep in mind that the term "cheap" is very relative when it comes to credit cards. Always read the fine print with your cardholder agreement. If you miss even one payment by more than 30 days, some cards will skyrocket their interest rates to as much as a 25% APR. They may also have costly over-the-limit fees and late payment fees.

The cheapest - if you mean the lowest interest rate on a credit card - they are many credit cards with 0 intro APR for up to 12 months and have no annual fee. http://www.iapplyforcreditcards.com/0-low-apr-credit-card.php . As long as you pay off the balance on time each month, there will be no interest or financial fee. So, using a credit card is not just cheap, but also free.

All Discover cards have 0% intro apr that lasts for 12 months. The regular APR is just 10.99%. In addition, all Discover cards have cash reward program - you can earn cash on everything you purchase. http://www.iapplyforcreditcards.com/cash-back-credit-card.php

If you can get one with a credit union, the best is a military credit union. you can get overseas intrestrates. My father was in the Navy and the intrest on my card was lower then any in the US. I was very proud of that. And they will work with you and incress your limit when you need it. This is not something you would ever want to mess up.(LOL,I did,I regret it)Other then that I have hurd that Discover,MC,and Visa have very good rates. make sure you talk to someone and try to talk them down on the intrest rates. Get one befor Oct. they are like everything eles and WILL go up befor Christmas shopers are out and about. Ask for sighn on bonuses. Dont ever do a pre paid card with NE one other than the Discover, MC and Visa. And only do it with them if you have to.

The cheapest credit card is the one you don't have. It has no annual fees, no interest charges, no late fees, no sleepless nights wondering how you'll make the payment this month...

99% of credit card's are free as long you don't carry a balance from statement to statement. The only one I know you have to pay for is american express but you get additional benefits that I've never really looked into what they include.
