Call the police if I had a cell! If I didn't have a cell I would push the thing down to get to the front of the car! If the car didn't have one of those then I would just kick and scream until someone came or I broke the trunk door!

Hello,
I would try to get out of the car. Wouldn't you? I think everyone who wakes up in the trunk of a car essentially decides to escape. Unless of course the person is hell bent on being killed or wants to die.
In fact, what other choices are there? You can either:
1.) Stay in the trunk with a drug hangover.
2.) Try to get out of the trink with a drug hangover
3.) Not much else dude...
I am not sure what type of information you are looking for. There really is not much else to say. I mean yes we can discuss our psychological state of mind in a situation like this but how can one know unless they have actully been through this?

Listen to see if there were many people in the car, look for a pull handle in the trunk (some cars have this), try to disable a taillight and take it apart from inside so I could reach out and wave at people behind me for help.

If I woke up and the car was still moving, I would kick out the tail light and put my hand through and wave like crazy. that will certainly get the attention of the car in back of you!

kick out the tail lights, and then wave your arms out the hole, many newer cars do have trunk releases inside. use your cell phone to call for help. if no signal, you can still use the light from it to look for tools etc. sometimes you can kick the back seat inwards, or punching a hole through the rear speakers.

I would pull that little latch next to the light in the trunk. My brother threw me in my Mom's trunk once, he didn't know I knew how to get out, lol!

If it was dark then how would i know I was in the trunk, plus what car we talking about? (saloon/hatchback- does it have a mini fridge in the back stocked with booze)
What drugs have i been given? (if it's asprin then i'm sure i'd still have enough energy to kickout- but if it's viagra it'll be hard)

Run like hell if the trunk was open.Brake the tail lights if i could get to them and hope police pull them over.If not i would feel my way around for something to bash the persons head in with.Play dead untill they open it.Then BLAM!!
