Whose going to be number one team on the AP Poll, USA TODAY POLL, and the Harris Bowl?

Honestly, I do not see how Ohio State is being ranked number one. They were only good last year because of their defense. Their offense is sub par. BTW, their entire defense is gone ! Texas can't be number one without Vince Young, they can't even be ranked without him. OU lost their quarterback and several other stars. USC lost their entire team: Leinart, White, Bush. They even lost their backup quarterbacks. The only team that did not lose that many critical players is Notre Dame. They lost only 1 excellent player: Stovall, then again they just got back their Star receiver McKnight. He was the best receiver before Samarija and the first 2 games of the 2005 season until he got hurt. NOTRE is GOING ALL THE WAY!!! THEY ARE UNSTOPPABLE!!!!!!!!

Ohio State is already ranked 1 in the USA preseason poll. The other polls haven't come out yet.

I get a kick out of all you people that think Vince Young was the entire team last year. While he was great, he wasn't by himself. Jamal Charles will win a Heisman before he leaves Austin. With the exception of Vince and David Thomas the entire offense is back. Most of the defense (which ranked 2nd in the country) is back. While this years QB is a freshman, he was the #3 prep QB in the country last year. Will they win a National Championship this year? I don't know and neither do you but to claim they shouldn't be ranked without Vince shows your ignorance. It also proves why people who aren't Notre Dame fans hate Notre Dame fans!

Ummm...USC did not lose their entire squad - just the names you know. They are pretty deep and the backup QBs are still there... OSU I don't think will make it. ND will indeed be competitive but they will still lose to USC (Dwayne Jarrett will make sure of that!) and not be No. 1 after the final bowl game. USC is still the best TEAM so who cares who is No. 1!!!!
