its kids who wear lots of black with black eye makeup (boys too) but they throw in a little hotpink or something... and their clothes are tighter as the kids who use to dress gothic... the jeans are skinny jeans with flashy little belts. its like they are gothic but rich kids. they care a lot about what other ppl think because if they didnt they wouldnt spend so much time doing their hair all crazy and in their eyes... in other words emo is a phase that loser kids go through.

Emo is short for emotional. A lot of people say it is when people are always sad and slit their wrists but it isn't. You dont care about what other people say. You are emotional and you show it to everybody. And you listen to emo music and you look it.

this are person who are a little gothic, who dress in a very different way.. like wearing clothes that have mostly black. they wear make-up too much most of the time.. oh yah, they write on their faces (like broken hearts or sumthing). their hair is short.. really short.
these are the kind of persons that feel that they dont belong anywhere or something. who think that committing suicide is the best solution to every problem. and /or the kind that are sooo EMOtional.
