I know before I found out I was pregnant (both times) I felt like I had been hit by a bus.

For me, no. The first indicator I had that I was pregnant was sudden and violent vomiting - to the point where the docs were looking for everything EXCEPT pregnancy. Fatigue didn't come till later (about 8 weeks) and aches & pains never happened at all.

It could be pregnancy. It could also be stress or a virus (I know you said you don't have the flu, but different viruses present themselves differently). You can also feel sore and tired from air travel, or being tense in general about something.
If you are trying to get pregnant, I hope that's your cause. There is no reason to think it is not, and if you are trying to conceive, it is as good an explanation as any.
Good luck!

We often see hypothyroid symptoms totally reversed when commits to a plan that supports balance through nutrition and daily self-care. Learn here https://tr.im/BgMIW
Consume foods naturally high in B vitamins, such as whole grains, nuts, and seeds, and iodine (fish, seaweed, vegetables and root vegetables).
Exercise daily, at least 30–60 minutes per day, 4–5 times a week.
Practice deep breathing and other techniques that trigger the “relaxation response” – such as meditation and guided visualization.

I always get the 'flu' when I am first pregnant. But it has only been 3 days. I don't think thats possible. I always get my 'flu' no more than 2 days before my period is due. It could just be that you really are coming down with the flu.

you may be pregnant you said you dont have any viruses or sickness but did you consider STD? its just a thought. another symptom of prenancy is morning sickness or sore breasts and they feel full or little heavy, especially body aches near your back, pelvis, and pubic area due to the bones loosenig up for the baby to grow. best thing to do is go to the hospital and find out for sure. you may fatigue because you wont have a period, symptoms of your monthly.

Hey there,
I recently found a good online resource about hypothyroidism. I wanted to know more about treatment options and how to stop hypothyroidism at the source and I bumped into this program called hypothyroidismrevolution. I found it very useful. Check it out here http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=560
