ok...so i recently found out i was pregnant...Back in June i stressed out that i could possiably be pregnant at 17...thou this is not my point...and it turned out i wasnt...come July...i had the feeling again...only stronger...alot stonger....and i even told my boyfriend a week before i was to even start my period that i was late....and turned out i became another statistic and was pregnant at 17...now i am about 9 weeks pregnant and very happy...and will be 18 next month...
MY point???
Who has had that feeling wheather you were trying or not trying to conceive...that you were pregnant and turned out to be just that???

is it also odd that i know its a girl??? actually 95% of the family got an odd feeling that it was a girl as soon as we anoucnced (sp) i was pregnant

I had that feeling. I felt it a few days after I had sex (and later found out I was pregnant).
I had a feeling it was a girl but I wasn't 100% sure. I did know that it wasn't twins like everyone kept trying to tell me it was (they started that sh#t before I was even showing!)!!

I can't answer your first question as I had to have a fertility treatment....well, I guess I sort of can. I had a feeling I was pregnant even when my doctor said that my treatment may or may not have been effective the first time. But I knew that I was.
As for the second question...there was no doubt in my mind that I was having a girl. Sure enough, 3 ultrasounds later...I'm definitely having a girl!
I think I read somewhere that mother's intuition on gender is right 75% of the time. I don't know how accurate that is...

I had pretty much the same thing happen to me. I had a really strong feeling that I was pregnant, and I completely felt like it, but it ended up that I wasn't. Then, the next month, before my period was supposed to come, I KNEW I was pregnant! And well, I was! Also...I kept telling my fiance that we were having a boy. All of my family knew it too...they all had dreams about it, and so did I! And I am having a boy! :) So you aren't the only one ;)

I indeed felt "something" I didn't realize it was the fact that I was pregnant, but I knew it was not the normal feeling. I had a slight twinge now and then, when laying in bed if I rolled over, or turned just right. It was painful, just different. And I joked with my husband, I think it worked this time! :) He would tell me not to get my hopes up just wait and see..Something inside, told me, it was a good possibility, but nothing told me more than the pregnancy test! Congrats on being so aware of your body, not all of us women are that lucky :)

I knew I was pregnant right away. I just had a feeling that I was and even talked to my bf about it and he told me that it was probably just stress and that I wasn't so I waited. When I realized that I was almost a week late I took a pregnancy test and I was but I had the feeling I was before I ever took the test. congratulations!!!

I also knew the time of conception from the moment that I had sex with my husband.....it sounded crazy to him and others, but I knew. As far as the gender of your baby, I also felt I was having a girl, even named her....only to find out that it was a him.......haha on me. Look at it this way, you were right about being pregnant and you have a 50/50 chance of being right again. Either way, good luck and kudos to you for being happy stay strong!

My pregnancy tests came back negative until I was 13 weeks pregnant and it did not matter what anyone told me I knew

it seems that we all have this motherly instinct that tells us. the first time i was pregnant i knew right after we had sex...same as the 2nd. i know it sounds weird but that is just how it seems to be.I am now expecting a 3rd and i knew but i was kind of in denial so i went ahead and took the test and of course..my assumption was right. we just seem to have the gift.

i knew two weeks before I missed my period. My boyfriend also told me that he thought that I was pregnant. Maybe it is just instinct?

My boyfriend knew before I did.It was a week before my period was due and he put his hand on my belly and said hey there little one.
