Can you still maintain a sense of professionalism when dressed casually?

only if you are at least wearing a cropped jacket or sweater over it to cover your shoulders and armpits.....this is not acceptable even for casual wear to work

I fully believe we should dress in part for the weather. Short sleeve shirts are a must. Forgo the ties, pantyhose, girdles (does anyone wear them) etc.

NO...not a sundress...maybe a capri pantsuit or something of the sort but not a sundress..they are made for the beach.

Depends where you work. Some places will accept it, some not. Ask your boss before.
