When Boom Gasper is mentioned at Pearl Jam concerts, do the fans boo him or "Boom" him?

ive noticed that too, i think they are booming him, at least i hope, cause it happens at every show, and i would think the band would say something if they were booing him. at the shows i was at they did that, and i was thinking why would they boo him, he rocks.
