Since you asked AT-HOME way, here:
Brush with whitening toothpaste, which doesn't work unless you follow these steps.
After you squeeze on the toothpaste, sprinkle it with baking soda. It helps get rid of the stains you have now, and even whiten.
To rinse, use a glass of water that's 1/4 lemon juice and 3/4 water. Lemon juice whitens a LOT and gets rid of stains very effectively! I tried it myself and it helps a lot. I was going to buy Crest WhiteStrips but since it was expensive I tried this at-home remedy first.
Oh, and if it suits you, rub a slice of lemon across your teeth before you brush and during the day a couple of times if you want to. Get that extra whitening in!

crest whitestrips are an ingenious invention they are incredible, but if you don't want to pay the price, buy a whitening toothpaste and brush you teeth extremely well at least 3 times a day, even better if you brush them after you eat ANYTHING, it helps not to allow food particles and bacteria the time to build up and collect on you teeth.

Baking soda, put it on your tooth brush and brush away. Don't expect remarkable results, but it does the trick quite nicely. Another thing I would suggest is keeping away from beige/brown lipglosses or lipsticks. Go with a nice red (for evening of course) and it will make your teeth look whiter and brighter.

You can regularly purchase whitening strips or gel. If you comply with the guidelines, you must discover your enamel whiter. Make certain you employ whitening toothpaste of a few kind, and floss day-to-day.

What every dentist doesn't want you to know. Peroxide rinse. Helps prevent gum problems and helps to whiten the teeth. Please keep all dental cleaning... up but in between you will see a difference in gum health and whitening of your teeth. :-) big white cheesy grin

Liquid paper... that's great! I'd say the whitestrips are good, then brush with a whitening toothbrush and do not drink coffee, tea or dark soda.
Good luck! :)
