I watch it but its my least fave of the L&Os....The first few minutes I can never figure out whats going on (because its from the point of view of characters I know nothing about, and it doesn';t really add anything to the story)....the last five minutes of the show are excruciating, because its always the confession /change of heart/criminal being outwitted by Vincent D'Onofrio's neck at a 90 degree angle while everyone else (including poor, underused Kathryn Erbe!) stand to the side like furniture. At least with the other L&Os there's some drama about whether the guilty get away with it, or if justice is actually done and at what price.
Its gotten a jolt of freshness with Christopher Noth and Annabelle Sciorria....and I'm happy to hear that the DA and Captain are being replaced. I like the actors who play them, but their characters had just become props for "Bobby"
