For women who get morning sickness, how long it lasts varies. Typically, it will go away by month 3 or 4 but don't count on this because for some it lasts the entire 9 months and often requires hospitalization.

You can only wait and see, but if it is severe already and you are losing a lot of food/fluid through vomiting or can't eat or drink hardly anything because the nausea is so bad, you might want to see if medication at home will work for you. Dramamine is mildest, then Phenergan, and then Zofran is the strongest (and also most expensive).

Hang in there - I know it's rough. Mine lasts all day long for the first 5 months.

It varies from person to person. There's no exact time frame that it will stop. However, it usually decreases after your first trimester. There are some over-the-counter candy that treats morning sickness. Where I live, you can go to "Motherhood" and they sell those type of candies but I don't know whether they work or not.

I am currently a little over 6 months pregnant and I'm lucky enough to not have morning sickness at all.

My morning sickness started at 9 weeks and ended at about 14 weeks. Everyone is different. If it's too bad talk to your doctor. Keep crackers with you for when you feel nauseous. I always ate saltines in the morning before I got out of bed and it helped a lot. Eat small frequent meals too. Good Luck and it will get better!

Hi there, I am now 12 weeks. I can safely say it is different for everyone. BUT, with myself, and a friend of mine, our morning sickness stopped between week 10 and 11. You will find it getting less severe towards this time... For most women it will usually gradually dissappear, and if you are not one of those who get it for your entire pregnancy, it should subside by your third month or at your 4th month at the latest. Good luck, I know JUST how you feel. It is not fun, and it just seems like no one understands. Get ahold of me if you need some sympathy :)

For some people, it doesn't go away until the second trimester and for others, it never goes away.

You'll just have to wait and see when it stops for you.

Personally, I had little to no morning sickness, but I know some women who've had it the entire pregnancy.

i read that sometimes it lasts the whole pregnancy but normally it goes away after or soon after the first trimester. so you have probably about 3 weeks left.
