Cantaloupes... lol... kidding... the only thing that really helps you get bigger boobs is gaining weight. Really! Your boobies will look like large torpedoes if you eat enough. Then when you get all po'd because you are too fat and want to lose the weight, the first place you will lose the weight is right in the torpedoes.

You really can't, and don't let anybody tell you different. Your size is genetic. The only way they could get a little bigger is with hormones (s/a b/c pills, but only if you are old enough for that). If you gain a lot of weight, your chest will grow proportionally, but you don't want to get fat just to get a bigger chest. If you're still in your teens, just wait a while. There are worse things than having a smaller-than-average chest.

Guess what, boobs are simply fat (sorry guys-to burst you bubble) so for most women putting on weight will make your boobs get bigger, along with your rear, waist, etc..

Truthfully, if you aren't wanting to put on weight any where else how about learning to love your body the way it it. Being sexy has nothing to do with the size of your boobs, it has all do to with the way you view yourself, carry yourself and treat yourself (and the way you treat the opposite sex!)

I'm sure your boobs are fine, but the girl who said get fat is correct. Boobs are primarily fatty tissue. If you gain weight they will get bigger, if you loose they will get smaller, by may sag. Despite the advertising, there is no natural way to make your boobs bigger. There is surgery of course, but that is your choice.

A light snack........ON YOUR WAY TO THE PLASTIC SURGEON! but seriously, yea, I think that is the only way. I have done it, it's not a big thing. Alot of times, if you find things to eat that will make you BOOBS bigger, than that is the same foods that will make the REST of you bigger too!

Genetics is what makes you have larger or smaller breasts. Exercise will help them to stay perky, but besides gaining a ton of weight, you're stuck with whatever size you are.
Besides, smaller ones are more comfortable.

My cousin always recommended chicken. I have a guy friend who just started taking an estrogen supplement to begin his sexual transition process.. He was a full A cup, that's plenty for a skinny guy, who's not supposed to develop boobs anyway. So I guess chicken would work, since they're given estrogen on their diet.

breasts are mostly made of fat, so you'd have to eat more and exercise less, the only problem is that not only will you boobs get bigger but everything else will. Of course you can loose the weight and your breast will relatively remain unchanged but they may sag and that is unsightly, but you could always have a breast lift.

not birth control pills unless you want to get fat all around. my wife took em, made her plump up a little too quick everywhere. try intaking more protein and calcium. do leg and arm exercises on a machine without jogging, running or biking much. that way you'll still get your exercise just not as much in your chest area.
