Who should I contact at Uhaul with a complaint (what will get me th ebest result for my complaint)?

I was screwed by Uhaul and I want my money back. I've been playing phone tag with their customer service and now they won't call me back.

How did you get screwed by U-Haul? I've used them many times and have never had the slightest problem.
