Dawn soap has worked for me in the past, but if it didn't, a pressure washer should take it right out. You should be able to rent one from Home Depot.

Cheap or brand name cat litter will do it. Leave it on the stain for a week and go back to it. It should have absorbed most or all of it by that time.
Water and soap doens't really do the trick. I use cat litter, just don't walk over it or have the kids play around it....too much might invite a cat depending on the size of the stain, but once you pick it up the stain will be significantly reduced or gone.

Buy a two liter of Coke and pour it on. It may sound weird, but it actually works to eat away the grease and stuff. After the Coke has been on there for about a minute or so, rinse it off with the jet option on a garden hose. It should work for you. If it doesn't, try again.

I hope this helps!

PS: Cops use Coke to remove blood stains from sidewalks during shootings.

It may be too late for this, but
CAT LITTER

Spread it over the oil spill, you will need to work it in with a broom to get it really into the cement. Leave it for a day (if possible) and then just sweep it away.

The cat litter is really good at absorbing the oil and grease from the pores of the cement.

Yes... use kitty litter! This is an old mechanics trick a friend of my taught me.

You need to buy the deodorant fine kind, pour some on the stain and sweep it over a few times. Leave it for a bit and then sweep again. You may need to do this a few times but it works!

You can go to Home Depot and try their Concrete cleaner by Behr.

The problem with concrete is it tends to be porous and therefore will soak up quite a bit of the oil. You may also need to use a stiff bristled nylon brush with the cleaner to get into the grooves.

Spray oven cleaner and kitty litter. Spray the cleaner and let it set for 15 minutes then throw some kitty litter on it and scrub with a brush. Pay attention to the warnings on the oven cleaner can. It's very dangerous.

Try using a product called Lestoil. It works great removing all sorts of things from most surfaces. You can usually find it near laudry detergents in most stores.

muriatic acid is what they use to clean stains from concrete pools and should bleach the stains you have in your driveway. muriatic acid is available at most large pool supply stores.

Soak the area with soapy (Dawn) water and try using a power washer.
