You can't even compare the two... the Reds couldn't possibly compete. Did you perhaps mean the Red Sox? They can at least compete as they do every year, but I'd still have to say Yankees. No other team in the league has such depth and grit to deal with the injuries they've suffered, particularly to All-Stars, and not only be in the race, but leading their division.

my mother would say the reds so i say the reds for her but i'm a long time yankee fan. however, the sparky anderson, johnny bench, and joe morgan reds teams were something very special!
