I was screwed by Uhaul and I want my money back. I've been playing phone tag with their customer service and now they won't call me back.

Go to their web site and send them e-mail. Be sure to give them enough information to find your move.

Contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau) at www.bbb.org. File a complaint with them, and they will contact Uhaul. Uhaul will very, very quickly try to resolve your problem so they don't get a bad mark on their record. Good luck!

Playing phone tag is garbage. I have found that when somebody takes the time to write a letter detailing how you think you were "screwed" and then make copies, sending it to A) where you first rented the UHaul from, B) a District Manager if you can find out that information, and C) somebody at Headquarters, then someone should address the situation. If you ruffle enough feathers....

Send detailed letters of what happened and what you want to headquarters, better business bureau and find out CEO of UHaul and send a copy there as well. Make sure all CC'd are on the letter so headquarters know that BBB knows and CEO is aware of the situation.

my name is LarrySmith i reserved a Uhaul on February 6th 2014 at 59 cents mile at Carolina mini storage phone number 2523218149 from Alice she took my credit card information i told her that i would pick up truck before 6pm or Friday morning the 7th she said as long as i have the truck back by 6pm Friday bottom line she told me 59cents mile i turn the truck in Friday 7th at 515pm i was charge on my credit card 99cents mile i call her dispute she never told me about the weekend rate also truck was suppose to be 29.95 a day i was charge 89.95 day total being around 360 should be around half of that please get resolved iam prepared to contacted better business as well as merchant services Iam in busy my self and i will not be taken advantage of call me nback at 2524130803 work cell 2522580227

Depending on where you live - there is usually a TV station who has a "Problem Line" for the public. Report it to them. They will call you back for a personal interview.

The Station will contact Haul for you. And - believe me, they will get results! No company wants their name put across TV land with all negative comments!

trying calling the BBB first and then send them both certified letters. Sometimes your state web site will have a business complaint link as well.

Go into an actual place and let them know what the problem was. They may have a better relationship with the customer service people, and can get ahold of someone sooner.
