Plan to sell dail-up?

Now that AOL will let people keep email accounts and software.I found a Tecom that sells wholesale dail-up at 4.95.I can resale this service . I think AOL does not want to sell dail-up.Why would AOL charge 24.95 How can I join Netzero and Peoplepc in making money from AOL gift.I have little money and need marketing information

It's doubtful that you can make a go of it selling dial up. Noone wants dial up anymore because it is too slow.
