I may not have it... But i do know someone that has caught it with only a great ball. Their strategy was use mean look with a Golbat, attack it until it is in red, then they used their only ball left in which it was a greatball.
It is actually quite easy to catch Latios or Latias (you mis-spelled) if you are using the correct strategy. Also you shouldn't call people losers if they do not have that Pokemon yet. Before I had recently restarted my game, I had caught a Rayquaza, Kyrouge, and two of the Regis. So before you talk like a fool, hold your tounge and think about what your about to say?
