i think it was like a week after my 2nd...he was a breeze and I didn't have any issues if ya know what I mean. :)

I have a friend who didn't wait until she was healed (that is why you wait 6 weeks - so you heal inside properly) and she ended up getting pregnant during those 6 weeks because you are VERY fertile during this time! well, she ended up losing the baby at 4 1/2 months because her uterus was not healed properly to carry another baby full term. She had a funeral and everything for her little girl. It is not something you should even try "cheating" because you are only cheating on yourself. Your Dr. isn't the one that is going to have to go through another pregnancy or mis-carriage - you are. Just be careful. Good luck sunshine!

You can do other things while waiting...long foreplay stimulations. The wait is to allow the uterus to heal and for the shock to be over. If you have a c-section, the wait could be longer because that area is slow to heal, being constantly under tension. I had my tubes tied right after a c-section, so it took a couple months to heal enough to desire bouncing around again. Both partners can use the downtime to practice their verbal love skills and exercise those kegels.

I have no interest in sex at all after I have a baby. The longest i've waited is 7 months. I was too wrapped up in being a new mom.

Just wait the six weeks. Vibrator should take care of it for you and you can take care of your hubby. See, there is a fix for everything. There is a reason they give you six weeks. It really is for your own good. And I really dont know how fertile you are in this time because you cant get pregnant if your breast feeding. Good Luck!!!

I waited 6 weeks. Honestly could have waited 6 months since my hormones were so out of whack since having the baby. I lost my mojo!

I had a c-section and after I came back from the hospital I could barely move. Still, my hormones were making my libido sky rocket. My husband and I didn't have actual sex for 6 weeks but we found other ways to get and give pleasure. It made me feel so good, it was so sweet from him to like me even though my appearance.

We waited 5, once the flow was gone and I felt like it. I was fine at my 6 week checkup and told my doctor we had already gotten back into it.

i didn't cheat you shouldn't i had sex 5 days after it hurt i didn't continue i then waited til my 6week check up.
