Its called stupidity, But FYI I'm a lesbian and I constantly address us as a whole family. I don't separate the too. So when issues come up and a straight guy is like I can deal with you but not gay guys. I explain how offended I am, We are one in the same. To think that were different is insane. Some people can accept different things for there own selfish reasons.

It just bull ****.... Thank goodness everyone is not like this.

Because hetrosexual men think they can change lesbians if given the chance. You've heard it, "she just hasn't had a real man yet!"

Hetrosexual women don't think they can change gay men. Some pray that they can, but when there man continues to go out every Tuesday with his "boy" and you can never ever go along. You start to know the truth.

Because of the social stigma that is attached to being a gay male. A lot of ill informed people just assume we are sex mongers and do nothing but have nasty sex all day. It's funny that gay men having sex bothers people so much and yet they talk about it all the time and seem to know more about it than I do lol

Society views 2 women being together as sexy and 2 men together as gross. I don't really know why. My best guess is because a woman is naturally more beautiful (or sexier) than a man (and no, I'm not saying this just because I'm a woman lol).

Neither should be such a "big" thing. I'm sorry that this country has such narrow views.

In our society, we have learned to accept and want to listen to woman's problems more than men's problems.

i guess because it's wierd for guys to be girly(which gays commonly are), opposed to girls just being different.
