It seems probable... it's very kind of the french really- it's so that when a frenchman crashes into any other metal car his car will crumple like an empty water bottle. Very considerate.
And seeing how often frenchmen crash their petite voitures renault should sell alot of replacements.... c'est la vie, or not - if you're a frenchman......

If it's the new shape one yes, most renaults have plastic wings

erm just ran outside to check, sounds like metal to me, r u sure they havent been overfilled with fibre glass after an accident or something xx
