Probably 15-18 of the top 20 MBA programs are in the USA. LBS is the only one in the UK that ranks up with them.
There are a few others that are OK. Cambridge and Oxford both have business schools that benefit from the Halo Effect.

Financial Times and The Economist both do rankings.
Best in the UK is London Business School
Rankings are not everything though, look at price, specialities and of course the improvment in salary of students completing the MBA. All this is included in the rankings but along with many other factors.
