I was thinking just to use rubbing alcohol, but I was wondering if there is anything better. Suggestions?

Alcohol is the best cleanser for bodily and sanitizing, thats why hospitals use it.

You can use Ear Antiseptic. That's what you are supposed to use when you have just got your ears pierced to clean them. But I also think that rubbing alcohol will do the trick!

let them soak in rubbing alcohol for about an 1 hour

Ammonia is excellent at cleaning gold I don't know what metal you purchased.

yes alcohol is the best but you should also use that peroxide stuff!

somthing without chemicals in them if they aren't real if they r jewelery cleaner

put them in boiling water... later wash them with toothpaste!!!
